Their advice as to what we should price the house at was spot on, resulting in our getting the house sold in four days!

We met M&M and we immediately connected with them, as they are consummate professionals and have a great understanding of the real estate market on the Peninsula and Menlo Park in particular. Their network of service companies (staging company, movers, cleaning services, painters, etc.) was amazing, and helped us accelerate the process tremendously. Their advice as to what we should price the house at was spot on, the Open House weekend was great, resulting in our getting the house sold in four days! To anyone that is looking to either buy or sell a home on the Peninsula, we highly recommend M&M, you will enjoy working with them on all fronts.
