A reminder to readers that the deadline for paying the first installment of 2022-2023 property taxes is 5 p.m. Monday, December 12. It is usually due Dec. 10 but since the 10^th this year falls on a Saturday, taxpayers have until close of business on Monday 12/12 to make their payment. The first installment covers the period July 1 – December 31, 2022. The second installment covering the period January 1-June 30, 2023 is due February 1, 2023, and is delinquent if paid after April 10, 2023. You can pay online or by mail.
