Are Masks Required?

Dear Monica: My home is on the market now and I am still living there.  May I insist all visitors wear masks?  Jenny L.

Dear Jenny:  Yes, you may set the mask and other Covid protocol rules that you want.  Some companies have already told employees not to come back to the office unless they can show proof that they are vaccinated.  At the moment our local counties are not mandating indoor mask use but this may change at any time.

As an agent, I wear a mask at all times during an open house, and I leave doors open for ventilation.  Most visitors also wear masks and we ask people to wear them if they are not vaccinated but we still operate on the honor system regarding this.
