Monica has been ranked by the Wall Street Journal as one of the top 250 real estate agents nationwide and as a top 50 Bay Area agent. A former attorney for a leading real estate investment company, Monica has special expertise in contracts and real estate law.
 
Since 1991, Monica has helped clients across all price ranges, whether buying or selling a townhome or a luxury estate. Having lived in the Peninsula for years, Monica is deeply familiar with each community, giving her a unique perspective on the context needed to make the best real estate decisions. Clients look to her for knowledge and insight that can only come from her daily engagement in the real estate market and the community.
 
Monica serves on the Menlo Park Library Foundation Board and has been a Trustee at Woodside Priory School, an officer of the Menlo Park-Atherton Education Foundation, and the membership director for the California Historical Society. She is a member of many professional associations, as well as the State Bar of California. In her free time, Monica’s home away from home is her garden where she grows and nurtures everything from tomatoes and salad greens to hellebores and hydrangeas.
